Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

- Observe and assess children\’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education.

- Uphold nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.
- Knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Enhanced DBS check (we will assist with this process).
