We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Our team is passionate about fostering development and ensuring every child feels valued and supported. We are currently seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our vibrant team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Foster a safe and caring environment that promotes children\’s well-being and development.
• Observe and assess children\’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress.
• Uphold nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Previous experience working in a nursery or similar setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Enhanced DBS check (we will assist with this process).
