Granado, the iconic Brazilian brand is looking for a Retail Commercial Supervisor for its stores in the UK!

About the Position

We are looking for a highly commercial and strategic Retail/Sales Supervisor to play a key role in accelerating Granado’s growth and brand visibility across the UK market. This position goes beyond traditional retail management — we are seeking a dynamic leader capable of driving sales performance, developing high‑performing teams, creating impactful commercial initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Lead, motivate and develop sales teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs (sales, conversion, average transaction value, UPT), implementing action plans for continuous improvement
  • Ensure excellence in customer experience, aligned with the brand’s premium positioning
  • Deliver training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques and brand storytelling
  • Implement and follow up on commercial strategies and promotional activities
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure store standards are consistently maintained
  • Support store operations (stock management, replenishment and in‑store processes)
  • Act as a key link between stores and HQ, providing insights on performance and market trends
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and drive customer loyalty
  • Support new store openings and contribute to the brand’s expansion strategy
