Granada Glazing is a UK designer, manufacturer and installer of bespoke aluminium secondary glazing. With over 45 years experience, the business delivers high-quality solutions for commercial, heritage and residential projects nationwide. Potential progression into a permanent role within the manufacturing or production team following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day manufacturing and production activities
- Assisting with the assembly and preparation of glazing products
- Operating basic machinery and tools under supervision
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Following production schedules and work instructions
- Supporting stock movement and handling of materials within the production area
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of the production team to meet daily targets
- Reporting any faults, defects or issues to supervisors
- Taking part in apprenticeship training, reviews and development activities
Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Training will take place in the workplace alongside the job role, supported by off-the-job learning. The apprentice will complete structured learning activities, one-to-one sessions and regular monthly progress reviews throughout the apprenticeship. Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm
