About the Role

Location: Kingston North

Salary: £40,376 per annum (OTE £44,413) plus benefits

Hours of work: 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the store’s opening and closing times.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
  • Managing, recognising and rewarding your team while maximising the performance of your store
  • Identifying the potential of your team to ensure there is a strong pipeline of talent
  • Creating a working environment where people are happy to come into work
  • Full ownership of store financial contribution in order to drive sales and control costs
  • Ensuring you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service
  • Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance
  • Taking accountability for all aspects of store operations, including maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the store, complying with health and safety standards, monitoring store security and accurate completion of administration
  • Promoting a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
