Some of your core responsibilities will be:Delivering excellent customer service in person, via email or on the telephoneMaximising sales at every opportunity to help improve the performance of the storeWork collaboratively in your team, helping to maintain a happy working environmentAssist in all aspects of store operations, including maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the storeComplying with health and safety standards, monitoring store security and ensuring accurate completion of administrationAbout The Organisation Here at Big Yellow, people are at the heart of our business.
