About The Role

Role: Full Time Sales Advisor / Location: Beckenham / Salary: £25,654 per annum plus bonus and benefits / Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the store opening and closing times.

What you\’ll be doing

With support and guidance from your managers, a Full Time Sales Advisor plays a key role in improving store performance and upholding high presentation standards. Some of your core responsibilities will be:

  • Delivering excellent customer service in person, via email or on the telephone
  • Maximising sales at every opportunity to help improve the performance of the store
  • Work collaboratively in your team, helping to maintain a happy working environment
  • Assist in all aspects of store operations, including maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the store
  • Complying with health and safety standards, monitoring store security and ensuring accurate completion of administration
