An exciting opportunity exists for someone with a passion, flair and innovation within our Support Services Team, as our new Support Services Administrator. We are looking for a friendly, values-driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join the team, to support our colleagues and help us deliver assistance and support to tenants experiencing financial difficulties, by being the first point of contact for enquiries and offering initial advice.

The successful candidate should be educated to Standard Grade level, have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a customer service environment with strong communication and organisational skills. Previous experience of working within the social housing or the third sector would be advantageous to this role. Attention to detail and strong IT skills is a must. You will have a track record of working under pressure to meet various deadlines while providing excellent customer service.

Location: Grampian Housing Association, Aberdeen Office.

Salary: £34,619 - £35,340. Appointment will be at the lower point, with progression to the upper point subject to satisfactory completion of 12 months’ service and effective from the next annual pay review date (1st April).

Contract Type: Full time (35 hours per week), 24-months Fixed Term.
