An exciting opportunity exists for someone with passion, flair and innovation for Development as a Business Development Manager. We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable and proactive Business Development Manager to join our Asset Team. The Development function plays a key role in delivering Grampian's growth ambitions by identifying, securing and managing opportunities for new affordable homes across the North East of Scotland.

Working closely with local authorities, contractors, consultants and funding partners, the team is responsible for taking projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring high-quality homes are delivered that meet the needs of our communities. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a diverse development programme, balancing strategic planning with project delivery. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, particularly within Asset Management and Finance, to ensure development projects support our long-term business objectives and continue to make a positive difference for current and future customers.

Location: Grampian Housing Association, Aberdeen Office.

Salary: £53,082.00 - £54,187.00 Appointment will be at the lower point, with progression to the upper point subject to satisfactory completion of 12 months’ service and effective from the next annual pay review date (1st April).
