Gram Games is the studio behind popular titles like 1010!, Six!, Merge Dragons!, and Merge Magic!, with more exciting projects in the pipeline. We are proudly part of the Zynga & Take-Two Interactive family. We do things differently here: we work in small self-managing teams, giving you an incredible amount of ownership, autonomy, and impact.

At Gram, everyone is expected to have a razor-sharp focus on creating a tangible impact on their team, their work environment, and on the overall company strategy. If you are motivated by autonomy, constant improvement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, this is the place for you.

We are currently on the lookout for a brilliant Product Guru — an organized and creative individual with talent, passion, and experience. In this role, you’ll be expected to lead, innovate, and execute — taking ideas and turning them into reality. We believe in a balance of collaboration and autonomy, working effectively to achieve ambitious results.

We embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role you will work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Merge Dragons! product lifecycle from end to end.
  • Drive the success and growth of the product by developing a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management framework.
  • Manage execution and address challenges through creative, out-of-the-box thinking; lead and contribute to technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Gather multidisciplinary requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/UX flows, and wireframes; define A/B tests and user stories; prioritize the backlog; and oversee development and engineering.
  • Test, analyze, optimize, and balance features to achieve the best results. Take responsibility for usage data and patterns, and run tests to continuously improve performance and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, Customer Support, BI, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient implementation.
  • Identify opportunities for key initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or B2C sector.
  • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership of projects.
  • A “mover and shaker” who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and influence stakeholders.
  • A creative problem solver — an inventive thinker who provides insightful, innovative solutions to any challenge.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary
  • Private medical care
  • Company bonus scheme
  • Awesome onsite chef serving breakfast, lunch, and lots of treats (naughty and nice)
  • Life insurance and a favourable pension scheme
  • Healthcare cash plan including dental and optical coverage
  • Company Employee Stock Purchase Plan (eligibility criteria applies)
  • Fitness reimbursement plan worth ÂŁ600 per annum
  • Amazing tech to work with and consoles to play and relax with everywhere you look!
