6 month fixed term contract

Position Overview:

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will oversee our large‐scale mobile advertising campaigns and manage the optimisation of creatives, budget allocation and ROI. You will assume a high level of responsibility for seven‐figure monthly budgets to acquire new and engaged players for our portfolio of top‐grossing IAP games. As part of the Zynga group of studios you will have the opportunity to interact and learn from other UA managers ranging across categories including hyper‐casual, RPG and sports. At Gram we embrace a hybrid work environment. Within this role, you would work 2 days per week in our London office and the remaining days at home.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead user acquisition strategy and performance‐based media buying on SDK ad networks, social and programmatic platforms
  • Work closely with product teams, senior stakeholders, and network account managers
  • Conduct thorough analysis and cooperate with in‐house design team on new concepts
  • Assist in forecasting and management of a multimillion‐dollar budget
  • Lead inter‐departmental projects to deliver innovative solutions and business performance improvements
  • Identify and develop new partner and platform opportunities to drive increased performance over time
  • Perform analysis to spot opportunities and trend changes for the UA activities
  • Stay ahead of industry best practices and competitor trends
  • Represent the studio at international conferences and events

What You Bring:

  • Experience managing ad network campaigns
  • Experience in mobile user acquisition and KPI driven analysis
  • Experience launching new games/apps and maintain multiple live products at scale
  • Deep understanding of 3rd party tools including MMPs, market research platforms and ad networks
  • Experience and knowledge of mobile and ad tech; from a gaming developer, or agency perspective
  • Expert with Excel functions (v‐lookup and pivot tables)
  • Extremely organized and high level of attention to detail
  • Analytical and metric driven
