You will join the EMEA Sales Team as a Strategic Account Manager working in the AEC industry. In this role you will collaborate to drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth through the management and expansion of key customer relationships. You will leverage our SaaS solutions and Professional Services to maximize revenue, foster strong customer partnerships, and strategically increase ACV across a portfolio of high‐value accounts. Your focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for upselling, cross‐selling, and contract expansions to deliver tangible growth while ensuring we are fully aligned to customers' business objectives and desired outcomes, and their ongoing satisfaction.

Overview

This is a high‐impact, quota‐carrying role responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, while also acquiring new business within your territory. You'll focus on identifying opportunities for Graitec's proprietary IP solutions and professional services, with the support of our dedicated Solution Sales and Customer Success teams. You'll work with a limited number of high‐potential accounts to build deep, lasting relationships and operate as a trusted advisor at every level, from operational teams to the C‐suite.

Customer Growth and Revenue Expansion
  • Drive Annual Contract Value (ACV) growth across strategic accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross‐selling, and contract expansion.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with customer business objectives to support long‐term satisfaction and retention, delivering consistent revenue and margin growth across their portfolio.
Strategic Sales Execution
  • Lead the full sales cycle with discipline in account planning, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Tailor Graitec's value proposition to strategic, C‐level audiences and maintain high attach and cross‐sell rates of Graitec IP and professional services.
Customer Partnership and Relationship Management
  • Build deep, multi‐threaded relationships across client organisations, acting as a trusted advisor from operational teams to the C‐suite.
  • Ensure strong renewal performance and customer satisfaction, measured through indicators such as NPS or CSAT.
Collaboration and Cross‐Functional Engagement
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Solution Sales, Pre‐Sales, and Customer Success teams to unlock client value.
  • Support seamless communication and coordination across internal teams and contribute to improvements in month‐end close and delivery to Finance.
Data Management and Commercial Insight
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting, reporting, and operational insights.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen through rigorous forecasting and account planning, supporting performance analytics and sales enablement initiatives.
Process Improvement and Operational Excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance sales efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across sales operations and demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset in all aspects of the role.
