Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that sets the industry benchmark.
- Drive sales of vehicles and associated products such as service plans and insurance, with attractive financial incentives.
- Do this through various channels including follow‑up calls, inbound enquiries, and walk‑ins.
- Provide in‑depth knowledge and understanding, about products and services confidently to customers.
- Keep a detailed diary system up to date.
- Meet sales targets and maximise earnings through diligent follow‑up and by capitalising on every opportunity.
- Conduct test drives, providing a firsthand experience of our vehicles to customers.
- Maintain a professional approach, with a passion for customer service and a hunger for success.
- Build confidence, resilience, and rapport to establish lasting relationships with our customers.
- Work proactively within a team to exceed personal and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in the motor sales industry is preferred.
- A full UK Driving License is essential, and must have been held for a minimum of 3 years.
- Understanding of and experience in customer service.
- Proven track record within a sales environment.
