Role Overview
Working within an ambitious property development and management company, this newly formed role will operate across all levels of the business. The post holder will influence board members, directors and employees to achieve the highest standards of health and safety operations at every owned, managed or associated site.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest levels of health and safety for colleagues, customers and service providers.
- Lead the Live Safe programme, driving individual and corporate behaviours to achieve full regulatory and statutory compliance.
- Influence senior leadership to embed health and safety at the heart of decision‑making.
- Address fire safety matters, ensuring the business responds to the outcomes of the Grenfell Inquiry and follows emerging government guidance.
- Maintain and improve policies and procedures, ensuring they are appropriate, insightful and effectively implemented.
- Achieve industry‑leading KPI performance and help shape the safety culture across the organisation.
