The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

Provide facilities and project management experience with additional health and safety / environmental skills to deliver strategic and tactical support to the business. Assist in managing the provision of hard and soft facilities management, refurbishment / refresh projects and monitor service providers and contractor’s performance.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Ideally hold a formal professional qualification in building, engineering or construction supported with a recognised qualification in Facilities Management and preferably within the field of Health, Safety and/or Environmental Management.
  • Member of a recognised professional body i.e. IWFM (BIFM), MCIOB, MRICS, IFMA, IOSH or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience at a senior level in Facilities Management.
  • Knowledge of fire safety legislation and the application of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Set and maintain high standards for facilities / health, safety & environmental management throughout the business.
  • Assist in the management of the entire portfolio Statutory Maintenance obligations.
  • Create and maintain PPM, life cycle schedules and costings.
  • Ensure all documentation is stored and CAFM systems kept up to date.
  • Forecasting annual expenditures on enhancement, proactive and reactive maintenance.
