The Role:

As a Local Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with local businesses and corporate customers, helping them find the right vehicle solutions for their needs. You’ll work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, generate leads, and maximise business sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new local business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers
  • Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
  • Promote Nissan business and fleet products
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outbound activity
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in car or van sales (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (essential)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team (essential)
  • Business-to-business sales experience (essential)
  • Knowledge of fleet or commercial vehicle sales
