Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that sets the industry benchmark.
- Drive sales of vehicles and associated products such as service plans and insurance, with attractive financial incentives through various channels including follow-up calls, in-bound enquiries, and walk-ins.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding about products and services confidently to customers.
- Keep a detailed diary system up to date.
- Meet sales targets and maximise earnings through diligent follow-up and by capitalising on every opportunity.
- Conduct test drives, providing a firsthand experience of our vehicles to customers.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A professional approach, with a passion for customer service and who is hungry for success.
- Confidence, resilience, and ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with our customers.
- Ability to work proactively within a team, aiming to exceed personal and team sales goals.
- At least 2 years experience in the motor sales industry is preferred.
Requirements:
- A full UK Driving License is essential, and must have been held for a minimum of 3 years.
- Understanding of and experience in customer service.
- Proven track record within a sales environment; automotive sales would be a preference, but is not essential.
