Overview

Location: Bridgnorth

Hours: 17 hours per week, Wednesday (12:30 – 16:30), Thursday (08:00 – 16:00) Friday (08:00 – 13:00)

Salary: £12.38 per hour

About the role

What you’ll be doing

  • Welcoming visitors and customers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Managing the main switchboard and directing calls efficiently.
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and refreshments.
  • Supporting site security by monitoring visitor access.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks and other duties, which could include handling of post, stationery supply and refreshments.

Who we’re looking for

  • A collaborative team player with a positive approach.
  • Previous experience in providing reception and administration.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and organise as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • The ability to provide additional cover when required due to holidays or sickness.
  • Current valid driving licence and ability to travel to site.
