About the role:

  • 8 - 10 weeks from July to mid September
  • We’re seeking a temporary grain runner to collect and accurately sample grain and pulses on farm for analysis in our own laboratory at Swaffham (Norfolk).
  • This is a hands-on practical role visiting a number of farms daily throughout Lincolnshire and bordering counties.
  • An interest in agriculture is preferred but not essential.
  • The candidate needs to be based in Lincolnshire.
  • The successful candidate will be supplied a company vehicle to carry out the role, and full training will also be given.
  • Applicants should be hard-working and able to accurately perform tasks and record data with good communication skills.
  • Due to vehicle insurance, the applicant needs to be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • A full clean UK driving licence must have been held for a minimum of one year.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday. Hours are variable depending on seasonal requirements.
