Grain Mediterranean was born from a quest to redefine fast food in the UK. Inspired
by the longevity and vitality of Mediterranean Blue Zone communities, we set out to
create meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious. Our menu centres on
hearty wholegrains, fresh produce, and clean proteins prepared without seed oils to
support wholebody health. But it’s more than just food; it’s about fostering a
community that values honesty, wholesomeness, and heart. At Grain, every meal is

What We’re Looking For |
• At least 5 years experience in operating and managing a team, ideally fast paced and high volume kitchen Responsible, hard-working, and detail-oriented
• Good team player with a positive attitude
• Able to work as part of the team, under pressure
• Positive energy and dedication to the team
What You’ll Do |
• To lead key service of breakfast or lunch
• To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service to maintain hygiene standards
• Capable identifying problems and suggest solutions
• Report to the Development Chef
