What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years experience in managing a team, ideally fast paced and high volume kitchen
• Responsible, hard-working, and detail-oriented.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to work as part of the team, under pressure.
• Positive energy and dedication to the team.

What You’ll Do

• To lead key service.
• Help manage our team of Cooks.
• To monitor & implement hygiene best practices in and out of service in order to maintain hygiene standards.
• Capable identifying problems and suggest solutions.
• Report to the Head Chef

Experience: Required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Part-time

Schedule: 8:00-15:00

Salary: £15 – £16 hourly

Starting time: Immediate start!
