Connecting new build communities with next-generation broadband solutions.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated team member to work closely with our partners to engage with potential customers from our new build developments.

Reporting into our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for contacting our customers to promote our Broadband products, you will also be required to conduct regular site meetings with our build partners at various locations around the UK.

Main responsibilities

  • Attracting new sign ups to our network
  • Creating and executing sales strategies
  • Analysis of strategy success
  • Updating CRM system with accurate and timely data
  • Managing customer relations and satisfaction
  • Tailoring customer communications
  • Supporting customers through the sales process
  • Ability to understand and meet targets
  • Liaison with sales team and other partners across the UK

Working hours

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, these hours will be worked on a rota basis between the business hours of

Experience required

  • Experience of working in a targeted sales environment
  • The ability to work independently and priorities a large workload
  • Proactive with the drive to hit targets
  • Problem solving and delivering solutions
  • Ability to check and test data to ensure accuracy
  • Excellent use of IT systems
  • Full driving licence & own transport are essential
