What you’ll do
- Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with German‑speaking clients, brands, and content creators.
- Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end‑to‑end (front & back‑end).
- Recruit, onboard and support TikTok Shop affiliates.
- Monitor, analyse and report on Shop performance.
- Spot trends and apply strategic thinking to scale results.
- Work both independently and as part of our team.
- Coordinate with creators and negotiate partnerships.
What we’re looking for
- TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back‑end) – Livestreams are a plus!
- Professional C2‑Level written and spoken ability in German.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and strategic thinker.
- Confident communicator with creators and clients.
- Proactive, adaptable and a fast learner who thinks outside the box.
- Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9‑5.
