Grail is a TikTok-first agency obsessed with TikTok Shop. We power creator‑led selling for standout brands — including Too Faced, Beachwaver, Nature Spell, FreeSoul and Sports Research — delivering real sales through smart affiliate programs and killer campaign strategies.

What you’ll do

  • Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with German‑speaking clients, brands, and content creators.
  • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns end‑to‑end (front & back‑end).
  • Recruit, onboard and support TikTok Shop affiliates.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on Shop performance.
  • Spot trends and apply strategic thinking to scale results.
  • Work both independently and as part of our team.
  • Coordinate with creators and negotiate partnerships.

What we’re looking for

  • TikTok Shop management experience (affiliate + back‑end) – Livestreams are a plus!
  • Professional C2‑Level written and spoken ability in German.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and strategic thinker.
  • Confident communicator with creators and clients.
  • Proactive, adaptable and a fast learner who thinks outside the box.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is ready to get the job done outside the regular 9‑5.
