Grail is the largest UK & US TikTok Shop agency & partner by sales volume. Within our network, we have a group of strong creators that we incubate and nurture to help them succeed on the platform. In addition, we work directly with merchants and secure partnerships with creators in order to maximize their earnings on TikTok Shop.

Role Description
We’re looking for a proactive, TikTok-savvy Creator Onboarding & Management Specialist to support the growth of our TikTok Shop creator program. You’ll help source, onboard, and manage top TikTok Shop creators.
Responsibilities:
- Source leads and send outreach to top UK TikTok Shop creators
- Independently lead and report performance for the creator onboarding process
- Act as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for L0-L3 creators
- Work with the Social Commerce team to ensure creator participation in campaigns
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years experience
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop
- Organised, detail-oriented, proactive
- Interest in influencer marketing / e-commerce
The ideal person for this role is:
- Someone who exudes confidence when communicating with clients on a daily basis
- Organised and proactive when outreaching, identifying key creators, and when keeping up with admin
- A passionate learner with a 'hacking' mindset when it comes to trying brand-new ideas and challenges
