About us: Grail is an Influencer Management Agency that connects our diverse and carefully curated roster of content creators with digital marketing opportunities. We work with some of the biggest players in Music and New Media, including Universal Music Group, Gucci, Google, Pinterest and others, to help promote the next viral sensation or hit show. We are also one of the largest full service TikTok Shop Partner agencies which this role is focused on. Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns, across a variety of social media channels, such as TikTok and Instagram.
The Role: As a TikTok Shop Business Development Manager at Grail, you will be driving new business and partnership opportunities for Grail and our content creators. It will also involve upselling our existing clients on our TikTok Shop services and longer term marketing plans. This role requires someone who is comfortable in a sales environment, and is highly organised. You will need strong interpersonal skills, as you will be working closely with the talent teams to pitch the right talent for opportunities. Grail Talent is based in Farringdon, London, but this role offers remote and hybrid working. In particular we are looking for someone to be able to cover Spain/France/Germany/Italy markets for our team on EU time zones. This role is not a regular 9-5 job, we have clients across multiple time zones and this will require working varied hours.
The role will include:
- Sourcing new business in either Spain/Italy/Germany/France
- Developing our relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members
- Owning the strategy in your target region
- Working with our existing clients to expand to EU markets
- Research and identify potential partners
- Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
Requirements: Must speak local language. Must have 1-2 years sales experience as a minimum.
