Role Description

As we expand our footprint across the EMEA region, we are looking for a driven and resourceful Post-Sales Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in storage systems along with hands-on experience in both Linux and Windows environments—ready to support enterprise customers with precision and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert-level post-sales support to enterprise customers and partners in the UK, EMEA, and USA.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex storage and system integration issues across Linux and Windows platforms.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and tuning for Graid SupremeRAID customer installations.
  • Provide clear technical documentation and escalation feedback to engineering.
  • Collaborate with support and development teams to resolve customer challenges.
  • Participate in customer onboarding sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of support cases using CRM Zoho.
  • Work with R&D on additional troubleshooting cases.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise storage support or systems engineering.
  • Strong command-line skills in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu/Rocky/AlmaLinux, SUSE) and solid familiarity with Windows Server environments.
  • Good understanding of NVMe, RAID, SAN, NAS, and performance profiling tools like fio, blktrace, gdsio, etc.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting, driver/firmware updates, and GPU/PCIe devices for NVIDIA.
  • Understand Ansible for automation options.
  • Able to learn API with our solution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently with global teams across different time zones.
  • Able to write Knowledge Base Articles.
