Today our products, SupremeRAID & Vroc, are being increasingly specified, used and requested by customers around the globe, including here in Europe. As a result, we are growing here in EMEA and now have openings for two regional sales managers to join our team with a sales manager position for Northern Europe and a similar position for Southern Europe.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven EMEA Sales Manager to lead sales activities across key European regions. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing OEM and/or channel partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the EMEA market. The position is fully remote and requires a highly self-motivated professional with a strong technology sales background.

Regional requirements apply for this role:

  • Northern Europe: Candidates must be based in the UK and be UK residents.
  • Southern Europe: Candidates must be EU nationals and residents within the EU, with a particular focus on Spain and/or Italy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned EMEA regions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, manage, and grow OEM and/or channel partnerships.
  • Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • Actively manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to ensure customer success.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements as required.
  • Operate effectively in a fully remote, home-based environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven and successful track record in technology sales within the EMEA region.
  • Strong experience in OEM and/or channel sales, ideally within the storage technology market.
  • Solid background in Flash and/or RAID technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing priorities in a remote working environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network and relationships with OEMs or channel partners in EMEA.
  • Experience selling enterprise or data center storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Northern or Southern Europe.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
