Quality Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim Quality Manager or a Quality Manager / Strong QA, looking for your first step into Interim work, to join us at our Nairn site, supporting our Interim Technical Manager during our period of recruitment. The role will be fast-paced, mostly factory-based whilst offering support in the implementation and improvement of our systems. You will bring energy and positivity to support the changes and direction of the company, and with a level of autonomy, the ability to make a real difference. As a coach and mentor, you will be integral in raising the technical team and operational teams’ awareness around food safety and quality criteria, having a detailed understanding of Food Safety and Quality.
