This role is central to ensuring a professional first impression for clients, visitors, and callers, while providing essential administrative support to our legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Front‑of‑house management – greeting clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel supported and directed appropriately.
- Telephone handling – answering incoming calls promptly, managing enquiries, and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
- Appointment coordination – managing meeting room bookings, maintaining the reception diary, and supporting solicitors with scheduling.
