We are seeking to recruit a Senior Surveyor to join our Asset Services team in London.

The Role

  • To undertake a full range of services to an extensive and varied client base.
  • Provide a Complete Property Service to our clients, delivering on both quality, turnaround & cost effectiveness.
  • Promote the Firm’s services and develop existing client base.
  • Be responsible for managing projects and mentoring recently qualified and graduate employees.
  • Ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with defined clients SLA’s and reporting requirements, and that all processes are followed in accordance with G+S policy guidelines.

Duties

  • Provide sound professional advice to clients and negotiate confidently.
  • Undertake site visits.
  • Conduct feasibility studies.
  • Manage Team projects and property portfolios.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain Team finance.
  • Accurate assessment of any environmental impacts or economic viability.
  • Take responsibility for projects from earliest stages to completion.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and expand client base.
  • Deal with day-to-day tenant enquiries in an efficient manner.

Skills + Experience

  • Relevant degree and professional membership (RICS/RTPI).
  • Confident communicator.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of sector and general property market.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skills.
