We are seeking to recruit a Qualified Residential Surveyor to join our Falkirk team.
The Role
The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a range of local and national clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new ambitious team with the opportunity to make a real impact in the local market.
Role Requirements
- Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS).
- Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
- 2 years post-qualification experience to satisfy lender requirement.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of Falkirk would be beneficial but is not essential.
