We are seeking to recruit a Qualified Residential Surveyor to join our Glasgow team.
The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a range of local and national clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious team with the opportunity to make a real impact in the local market. The role will primarily focus on properties in the South Side of Glasgow.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a range of local and national clients.
Role Requirements
- Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS).
- Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
- 2 years post-qualification experience to satisfy lender requirement.
Skills & Experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Glasgow would be beneficial but is not essential.
