We are seeking to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our busy Glasgow team.
Skills + Experience
- Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the Glasgow area would be beneficial but is not essential.
Responsibilities
- The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections and surveys for a range of Technical Services clients in addition to supporting the wider development of the team across the UK.

Role Requirements
- Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/ Built Environment/ Construction is required.
- Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration is sought-after.
- Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm's products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
