The post holder will lead, manage, and support the pastoral and academic development of a designated Year, House or other defined group of students, ensuring high standards of behaviour, attendance, punctuality, and student welfare. The role aims to foster a safe, inclusive, and aspirational environment in line with the school’s ethos and Trust values, promoting the personal development and progress of every student.

Job Details:

  • Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only (including training days) plus 1 week

The salary is dependent on current qualifications and experience.
