We are seeking experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join a leading contractor across the Wandsworth area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing
  • Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.

Example of works:

  • Plumbing - Wet room fitter
  • Skirting, framing
  • Sanitary replacements including bath framework, boxing and bath panels.
  • Tiling
  • Taps overhaul and replacements.
  • Toilet overhauls - syphons, inlet valves etc.

Requirements:

  • Plumbing core trade, additional skills welcomed
  • Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • At least 2 work references will be required.
  • Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.

Position Details:

  • Salary: £41,300
  • Benefits: Van & Fuel Card Provided
