We are seeking experienced and versatile Multi Trade Operatives to join a leading contractor across the Wandsworth area. This is an exciting opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term position with excellent career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance across various trades, including Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing
- Maintain a high standard of work in line with company guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Example of works:
- Plumbing - Wet room fitter
- Skirting, framing
- Sanitary replacements including bath framework, boxing and bath panels.
- Tiling
- Taps overhaul and replacements.
- Toilet overhauls - syphons, inlet valves etc.
Requirements:
- Plumbing core trade, additional skills welcomed
- Full, valid UK driving license (max 6 points).
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- At least 2 work references will be required.
- Ability to work professionally and presentably at all times.
