- Oversee the process of preparing vacant homes for new tenants, ensuring properties are refurbished and repaired to the clients standard, acknowledging any reasonable adjustments required.
- Lead the Voids team and other employees on a day-to-day basis, and to develop and implement strategies to reduce void times and optimise the use of resources.
