Our client, a well-respected housing provider, is seeking an experienced Cleaner to join their voids (empty properties) team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well managed, people focussed organisation with fantastic benefits and opportunities for development.
Responsibilities include:
- Deep clean vacant properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and living areas.
- Remove rubbish and leftover items from properties.
- Report any damage, repairs, or health and safety concerns identified during cleaning.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with company procedures.
- Work alongside maintenance and repairs teams to ensure properties meet lettable standards.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work when required.
You Will Need:
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in housing, property, facilities, or void cleaning.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Good time management and reliability.
