Salary: Β£49500 + company van, fuel card and excellent benefits

We are currently looking for a Planned Works Supervisor to join our client, a housing association based in West London.

Role Overview: To manage and coordinate major works across the housing stock, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time and to specification.

Duties include:

  • Conduct inspections to ensure that all health and safety, compliance, and quality standards are met.
  • Allocate jobs to in-house teams or external contractors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
  • Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations, including asbestos awareness and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with tenants, housing officers, lettings teams, and contractors to coordinate smooth handovers and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.

You Will Need:

  • Experience in supervising or managing planned/major works projects or repairs work in a social housing or property maintenance environment.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Good knowledge of building maintenance and relevant trades.
  • Understanding of health and safety, building regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and IT skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
