Job Title: Site Manager / Supervisor - Prestigious Retail Projects\\nLocation: London\\nRate: £300 - £330 per day (DOE)\\nContract Type: Long-Term Contract\\n\\nWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to join our team on a long-term contract basis, overseeing works on prestigious retail buildings across Central London.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in ductwork, piping, and controls, who is confident managing high-end commercial M&E installations to the highest standards.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Day-to-day site management and supervision of mechanical and electrical works\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordination of subcontractors and in-house teams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders\\n\\n * \\n\\n Quality control and snagging of M&E systems (ductwork, pipework, controls, etc.)\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience in a similar supervisory or site management role\\n\\n * \\n\\n Solid knowledge of ductwork, piping, and controls installations\\n\\n * \\n\\n SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong leadership and communication skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\\n\\n * \\n\\n CSCS card and relevant health & safety certifications\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive daily rate of £300 - £330, depending on experience\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on high-profile retail developments in London\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term, stable contract work\\n\\n * \\n\\n Professional and supportive working environment\\n\\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor looking for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.\\n\\nApply now with your CV or contact us directly for more information.\\n\\n*Graham Rose is an employment business acting on behalf of our client
