Our client, which is a prestigious local government body, requires a Senior Fire Risk Assessor at level 4 or above in Oxfordshire to join their expanding team managing Fire Risk work across a mix of domestic and commercial properties. Duties for the position of Senior Fire Risk Assessor in Oxfordshire include:
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Working as Team Leader in the FRA team.
- Identify potential fire hazards, assess risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure accurate and timely completion of assessments.
- Record observations and, if appropriate, suggest remediation.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, findings, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fire safety.

- Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.
