Role Responsibilities
- Carry out property inspections and stock condition surveys.
- Support planned maintenance, repair works and capital investment projects.
- Ensure properties meet building safety and regulatory standards.
- Conduct pre- and post-inspections of void properties.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
- Contribute to asset performance reviews and technical reporting.
- Work collaboratively with housing, repairs and compliance teams.
- Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a surveying role, or an experienced multi-trades professional.
- A full, valid UK driving licence with no more than six penalty points.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Two professional references will be required.
