The Electrical Team Leader will ensure safety and compliance for all electrical work, including managing NICEIC certification and overseeing projects ranging from minor repairs to larger developments. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring high-quality service in social housing repairs and commercial works, and support the Electrical Manager in meeting key performance targets. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise a team of electricians. * Ensure electrical testing cycles are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. * Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance and work quality. * Deputise for the Electrical Manager when needed. * Oversee health and safety standards for electrical work. Requirements: * Relevant qualifications (C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ3, AM2, BS 7671, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor). * Proficient in single-phase and three-phase systems. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in managing electrical projects and teams.
