The Role
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing residential properties.
Duties
- You will be required to carry out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to plastering, carpentry, decorating both externally and internally and tiling.
- Complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications.
- Plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service.
What You’ll Need
- Carpentry biased, multi trade background.
- Apprenticeship / City & Guilds / NVQ 2-3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in social housing or property maintenance (desirable).
