Job title: Multi Trade Carpenter Location: Hounslow and surrounding areas Salary: £41,000 + Van & Fuel Card and excellent benefits The Role We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing residential properties. Duties * You will be required to carry out a range of carpentry and multi trade works including but not limited to plastering, carpentry, decorating both externally and internally and tiling. * Complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications. * Plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule. * Provide excellent customer service What You’ll Need * Carpentry biased, multi trade background * Apprenticeship / City & Guilds/ NVQ 2-3 qualification or equivalent relevant experience. * Full UK driving licence * Experience in social housing or property maintenance (desirable) What’s on Offer * Excellent salary + van & fuel card (temp to perm) * 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service) * Free gym membership * Enhanced pension & family benefits * Discounts, wellbeing perks & career development Ready for a new challenge?
