Mobile Maintenance Electrician Location: Mobile role covering London (primarily North). You will be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance, as well as small works across various client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Undertake small electrical installation works and repairs.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
- Complete job reports and relevant compliance paperwork.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business on client sites.
Requirements
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)
- ECS or JIB Gold Card (Desired)
- Proven experience within commercial facilities maintenance.
- Experience carrying out reactive maintenance and small electrical works.
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
