We are currently seeking a highly experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to join our team on a long-term contract basis, overseeing works on prestigious retail buildings across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in ductwork, piping, and controls, who is confident managing high-end commercial M&E installations to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day site management and supervision of mechanical and electrical works
  • Coordination of subcontractors and in-house teams
  • Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
  • Liaising with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Quality control and snagging of M&E systems (ductwork, pipework, controls, etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory or site management role
  • Solid knowledge of ductwork, piping, and controls installations
  • SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • CSCS card and relevant health & safety certifications
