We are currently recruiting an experienced roofer to join a well-established building and maintenance contractor specialising in domestic repairs.
Duties include:
- Roofing repairs, felt flat roof work, slating, tiling, sheet lead work, flashing and other associated trades ie basic carpentry.
- Use of scaffolding, towers, easi deck etc when required.
- Providing a high quality and efficient service to customers.
- Focus on Health and Safety at all times.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have experience in repairs and fault finding to pitch roofs, felt flat roof works, slating, tiling, sheet lead work and flashings which are all essential.
- A basic level of competency within other trades such as brick work and some basic joinery would be advantageous.
- A driving licence is essential.
- Computer literate - able to use a tablet/PDA.
