Vehicle: Company Van Provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a well-established Commercial Facilities Management company on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a mobile role covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London, with the majority of work located in North and West London.

A company van is provided, and you'll be responsible for carrying out a mixture of planned and reactive electrical maintenance, as well as small works across various client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out reactive electrical maintenance across commercial buildings.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
  • Undertake small electrical installation works and repairs.
  • Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
  • Complete job reports and relevant compliance paperwork.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while representing the business on client sites. Requirements
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)
  • ECS or JIB Gold Card (Desired)
  • Proven experience within commercial facilities maintenance.
  • Experience carrying out reactive maintenance and small electrical works.
  • Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload. What's on Offer
