The Role
We are looking for a skilled Plumber / Multi Trader to join their responsive maintenance team, working across social housing properties in Croydon, Merton and surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks, with plumbing as the main trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plumbing repairs and finishes to a high standard
- Carrying out additional trades as required (e.g. basic carpentry, tiling, decorating, patch repairs)
- Delivering responsive maintenance in occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all works are completed on time, safely, and to company standards
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber/ Multi Trader
- Previous experience in social housing / responsive maintenance preferred
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong customer service skills
