Working across social housing properties, the role will involve delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services while providing an excellent service to residents. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys a varied workload. Key Responsibilities * Carry out a wide range of reactive repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing properties. * Complete carpentry and associated multi-trade works safely, efficiently and to a high standard. * Take ownership of jobs from start to finish, achieving first-time fixes wherever possible. * Work within agreed timescales, budgets and health and safety requirements. * Identify when additional trades or specialist support is required. * Accurately record completed works using electronic systems. * Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to deliver an effective repairs service. * Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents and clients. Requirements * NVQ or recognised qualification in Carpentry. * Proven experience in a multi-trade or property maintenance environment. * Full UK driving licence. * Social housing experience is desirable. * Good understanding of health and safety requirements. * Strong practical skills and excellent manual dexterity. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Comfortable working at height, on uneven ground and within confined spaces where required. * Reliable, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
